Dispatch

At Trachten-shop, we ensure fast and careful delivery of your order. All products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
  • Expected delivery time within the Netherlands: 1–3 working days.
  • International Shipping: 3–10 business days, depending on country.

Postage costs

  • Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4.95 per order.
  • International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping partners

We ship with trusted partners like PostNL and DHL. After shipping, you'll receive a Track & Trace link to track your package.

Returns

Is your order not quite to your liking? No problem! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy

  • Register your return within 14 days via our contact form .
  • Then return the item within 14 days of registration.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition (with labels and packaging).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend shipping with Track & Trace for your own peace of mind.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used. Shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
